Steps to apply for a zero-dollar Security Deposit Move in: 1) Apply for one of our homes for rent, 2) If you are approved, you will receive an email invitation for the Rhino insurance. 3) Opt in to register. If you do not opt in, you will be required to pay a security deposit within 72 hours of application approval or at time of move in, whichever occurs earlier.
